• Client:

  FirstCapital has advised CareWorks, a Dublin-based provider of cloud based case management software for health and social care organisations, during their acquisition by Advanced, the third largest provider of business software and services in the UK.

• Result:

  CareWorks will be incorporated as an integral part of the health and care division of Advanced. This acquisition will expand the growth and global footprint of both companies. Working together they will collaboratively boost delivery of integrated health and care solutions to help fulfil the NHS Long Term Plan set to build integrated care systems by 2021.
