AimBrain acquired by BioCatch

• Client:

  FirstCapital advised London-based AimBrain, authentication and fraud prevention technology firm, in the sale of their multi-model biometric authentication platform to leading global behavioural biometrics technology company, BioCatch.

• Result:

  The two companies will partner to develop their technologies and AimBrain’s platform will be integrated with BioCatch’s behavioural biometrics platform. The product will be released in the digital identity market in November 2019.
