Our chairman, Hazel Moore, won the award for First Woman in Finance last night at the First Women Awards held by Real Business and sponsored by the CBI. The award ceremony took place at the Lancaster London and included many inspirational women in business. Jennifer Dunstan, Co-Founder of Level 20, was one of the judges and had this to say, “Hazel impressed the judges enormously with amazing breadth of her achievements in the finance and tech sectors. She is making a really big difference in developing young entrepreneurs and is a very worthy winner.”

Hazel won the finance award against strong competition from Sharon Bishop of Close Brothers, Emma Codd of Deloitte, Sandy Lucas of GE Capital, Jackie Waring of Investing Women and Kath Myers of Barclays Community Banking.
